1. Our Warranty Commitment
1.1 Our Promise
As a professional supplier in the beauty equipment industry, Myo Slim Beauty understands the considerations involved in choosing and purchasing new beauty equipment. Our professional-grade machines deliver exceptional performance and reliability for both commercial and personal applications.
To protect your investment and provide peace of mind, Myo Slim Beauty is pleased to offer a 3-Year (36-Month) Parts Warranty and Lifetime Technical Support. We also include a 7-Day Shipping Protection Guarantee. Please read the following details thoroughly to understand the terms and exceptions.

1.2 Warranty at a Glance
Every professional beauty machine purchased from Myo Slim Beauty includes a 3-year (36-month) warranty on parts, effective from the date of delivery. (Parts shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and exclusions apply). This warranty covers replacement parts necessary to resolve any equipment issues. It does not cover accidental damage or consumable items.
We provide lifetime remote technical support. This includes efficient remote technical advice and assistance via email or Zoom to resolve any technical issues you may encounter.
Your machine is covered by a 7-day guarantee against damage caused during the logistics and transit process.
1.3 General Exclusions
- Consumable items, including (but not limited to) gels, liquids, cartridges, or tips, are not covered by any warranty or support.
- Devices sold for less than $500 USD are covered by a 6-month parts warranty only (from the date of delivery) and are not eligible for the 3-Year (36-Month) Parts Warranty or Lifetime Technical Support.
- The timelines provided in this policy (e.g., the 7-day shipping guarantee) will be strictly enforced without exception.
2. 7-Day Shipping Protection Guarantee
2.1 Critical Unboxing Requirements
To validate your 7-Day Shipping Protection Guarantee and help us resolve any potential transit issues quickly, you are required to do the following upon receiving your delivery:
- Inspect the Exterior: Before signing for and opening the package, inspect the outer shipping box for any obvious, significant damage (e.g., holes, severe crushing, water damage). If the box is badly damaged, please take photos immediately.
- Take Photos: Before opening the package, you must take clear photos showing:
- The shipping label on the package (with your address and tracking number).
- All sides of the package, demonstrating its unopened condition (especially any wire locks or seals).
- Video Recommended: We strongly recommend taking a "complete and uninterrupted" unboxing video in a well-lit area, starting from the moment you cut the wire lock/seal and continuing until the machine is removed and inspected.
- Immediate Inspection: Once the machine is unboxed, immediately inspect the product from all angles for any physical damage or functional defects.
Failure to provide, at minimum, clear "pre-unboxing exterior photos" and "post-unboxing product damage photos" may result in the denial of your shipping damage claim.
2.2 Shipping Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the "Track Order" page of our website or directly on the courier's official website. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us, and we will file a claim with the courier to resolve the issue. We guarantee you will receive your order.
2.3 Exclusions from Shipping Protection
This 7-Day Shipping Protection Guarantee does not cover any of the following:
- Physical damage or friction marks resulting from improper unboxing (e.g., dragging the machine on a rough surface).
- Any misuse of the product (e.g., inserting improper liquids, dropping the product).
- Your refusal or negligence to provide test videos or photos requested by Myo Slim Beauty technical support.
- Claims made without any physical evidence (photos or videos).
- Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.
- Dissatisfaction with the "results" achieved after testing or using the product (this is not shipping damage).
- Damage to the outer shipping box only (the box is not covered).
- All quality or damage issues reported more than 7 days after delivery (please refer to the regular warranty terms in Section 3).
3. 3-Year (36-Month) Parts Warranty & Lifetime Support
3.1 Warranty Scope & Period
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Myo Slim Beauty and is non-transferable (unless approved in writing by Myo Slim Beauty).
- Period: The 3-year (36-month) parts warranty begins on the date of delivery. Lifetime Technical Support is indefinite.
- Technical Support: The warranty includes remote technical support, such as comprehensive issue analysis and guidance via Zoom. We offer video call assistance during US business hours (Mon-Fri, 11 am - 8 pm
[Your Timezone]) to guide you through part replacements. - Parts Coverage: During the first 36 months (3 years), we provide necessary replacement parts free of charge. After 36 months (3 years), the customer is responsible for both the part cost and the shipping cost.
3.2 Customer Responsibilities (Shipping & Repairs)
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for all replacement parts, both during and after the 3-year warranty period.
- Self-Repair: If you attempt to repair the machine yourself without our guidance and cause further damage, Myo Slim Beauty is not responsible, though we will still provide assistance.
- In-Person Repair: If you refuse Zoom guidance and request an in-person technician, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with the in-person repair service.
- Exclusions: The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accessories, and consumables (e.g., tips, handpieces). Damage resulting from inappropriate use will void the Warranty.
3.3 Device Replacement Policy
- Myo Slim Beauty is not responsible for any revenue loss due to downtime required for repair, replacement, or shipping.
- Any full-device replacement (instead of parts) is at the sole discretion of Myo Slim Beauty.
- If a replacement is granted, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs (returning the original and receiving the new one), and the warranty timeframe remains dated from the original purchase.
4. General Conditions & Contact
4.1 Conditions That Void All Warranties
The above guarantees are all voided if any one or more of the following applies:
- You fail to provide reasonable evidence or information (e.g., photos, videos) requested by our technical support staff to diagnose the issue.
- You do not follow the usage instructions (manuals and instruction videos) or misuse the product.
- You refuse to participate in a free Zoom video training session if our technical staff determines you are operating the equipment incorrectly.
- Dissatisfaction with the results achieved from using the product (warranty covers machine function, not treatment outcomes).
- Alteration of the product by the buyer.
- Accidental damage (e.g., dropping, earthquake, liquid insertion) or impact from foreign objects.
- Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
- Regarding Payment Disputes: If you file a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or PayPal regarding your order, your warranty services will be suspended pending the investigation. Myo Slim Beauty reserves the right to reinstate or terminate the warranty based on the final outcome of the dispute (e.g., if the dispute is found to be fraudulent or invalid).
