At MYOslim , we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and returns policies.

1. Shipping Times

Processing Time: Once you place an order, processing begins and this usually takes 1-5 business days.

Transit Time: After your order is shipped, the estimated transit time varies by location:

USA (Continental): Approx. 1-7 business days.

Australia, Canada, UK, Western Europe & parts of Asia: Approx. 3-15 business days.

Most Other Countries: Approx. 8-25 business days.

Custom Orders: Machines that are made-to-order require an additional production time of approx. 10-20 business days.

Shipping Delays: While we work with reliable couriers, MYOslim is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays caused by third parties. Refunds will not be issued for reasonable delays (defined as a maximum of 45 calendar days from the order date).

2. Shipping Costs

All orders from MYOslim, both domestic and international, include 100% FREE shipping. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden delivery fees from our side.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping. Every order, regardless of value, is shipped free of charge.

5. International Shipping

We proudly ship MYOslim devices globally. To ensure a premium experience, we partner with leading international couriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx for fast and secure door-to-door delivery. To protect your investment during long-haul transit, every machine is packed in a custom-designed, highly durable air freight box with a solid wooden frame and thick internal protective foam.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the "Track Order" page of our website or directly on the courier's official website. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us, and we will file a claim with the courier to resolve the issue. We guarantee you will receive your order.

7. Delivery to Remote Areas

We strive to deliver to all locations. However, some remote or less accessible areas may experience longer delivery times or, in rare cases, incur additional surcharges from the courier. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the details.

8. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical home or office address for shipping. Separate Shipments: For international orders, any included liquids or gels will be shipped separately from the main device to comply with international shipping regulations.

9. Customs and Import Duties

USA Clients: All import clearance and customs duties are handled by MYOslim. US clients will not pay any customs fees. International Clients: We offer tax-free delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) to a wide range of countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK, and most EU nations. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and any associated import taxes.

10. Address Errors

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order needs to be re-routed due to an address error made by the customer, any additional fees charged by the courier will be the customer's responsibility. Orders re-routed by the customer to a different address will not be eligible for refunds if lost.

12. Additional Clause: Receiving Your Order

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please email support@myoslim.com with photos and a video of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement.

Refused Packages : Please do not refuse a delivery unless instructed by us. Packages refused by the customer will be subject to a refund minus a 40% restocking and shipping fee after the item has been safely returned to us.
