At MYOslim , we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and returns policies.

1. Shipping & Warranty

All professional spa equipment purchased from MYOslim comes with a 3-Year Warranty.

The MYOslim Customer Care team is committed to ensuring your order is delivered promptly and securely. We provide shipping both within the United States and globally. All associated costs, including shipping charges and applicable taxes, are fully incorporated into our prices.

We exercise extra diligence in handling machine shipments to ensure the best possible onboarding experience. Delivery typically takes 3-15 days after the purchase date. This timeline is contingent upon the specific machine ordered and the shipping destination.

Following the placement of your order, a MYOslim team member will contact you via email with recommended educational video materials and a link to register for free one-to-one clinical training with an experienced MYOslim instructor.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Our team operates 7 days a week to address all concerns with professionalism and clarity.

To initiate a return under the change of mind option, please utilize our RETURNS CENTER. For assistance with a warranty issue, first submit the details via email to MYOslim Support.

30-Day Change of Mind Return Option

Should you decide within 30 calendar days (of the order date) that you no longer wish to keep the machine ordered and received, you are entitled to ship the package back to us for an exchange or a refund, subject to the conditions detailed below.

Upon approved return, the buyer will be eligible for:

  • An exchange (of equal value to the original order) or
  • A refund (minus shipping & handling charges)

Eligibility Criteria for Change of Mind Returns:

All of the following criteria must be strictly adhered to for the return to be approved:

  • The package/machine must be returned; retaining the equipment while requesting a refund is not permitted.
  • The returned package must be unopened, with the machine inside being completely new and unused.
  • Machines for which MYOslim School training has been completed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Machines for which logo customization has been ordered and added are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Consumables, including, but not limited to, gels, liquids, and cartridges, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The machine must not be damaged (Please refer to the Warranty policy for cases of damage).
  • The return must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping arrangements and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Original shipping & handling costs and inspection costs are non-refundable. Therefore, a 20% return fee will be assessed and charged to cover such costs. This 20% return fee must be paid by the buyer via bank wire transfer prior to receiving return instructions. Bank wire transfer instructions will be provided upon return approval.
  • The return must be **approved by customer support**. Under no circumstances should the package be sent back to the address printed on the original package, as our new machine warehouses do not process returns. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Procedure to Initiate a Change of Mind Return:

  1. Log into your customer account on myoslimbeauty.com.
  2. Access the Return/Exchange link: https://myoslimbeauty.com/my-account/return-exchange/.
  3. Locate the corresponding order and click the 'Return' option.

A MYOslim team member will contact you via email within 48 hours to finalize the refund process. We will typically require the buyer to prepare a video and photographic evidence of the repackaged item, print relevant shipping documents, and await package collection at the designated location.

3. Order Cancellations

We maintain a fast turnaround time to ensure rapid delivery. As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has passed since placement.

Should an order be successfully canceled, the incurred transaction fees (2.9% - 7.9%) are non-refundable. The buyer will receive a full refund minus the aforementioned transaction fees.
